Active Mission Prep (AMP)

AMP (Active Mission Prep) is a group of people who gather on the third Monday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. While most of the work is done from home, the monthly meeting provides an opportunity for fellowship and hands-on preparation.

If you can use scissors, iron cloth, trace patterns, or flatten plastic bags, you will enjoy helping prepare the pieces to make both the cloth duffle bags and plastic sleeping mats. These items are donated to organizations such as YSS, Street Moms, and Ohio County school children who are moving into or out of foster care.

We wrap up each work meeting with a sack lunch at noon. Please join us—the more hands we have, the more needs we can meet.
