SEMI-ANNUAL RUMMAGE SALE
AND BAKE SALE
OCTOBER 9 & 10, 2009

This takes many people lots of hours of work to set up and sell our donated goods to people who need them.  You should see the people lined up outside waiting for us to open.  And on Saturday (which is $1 a bag day), customers flock in for the bargains and leave with bags stuffed to the brim.  It is a joy to behold.
Here are a few of our worn out workers.  Some were not available for pictures.

Almost all sold out!  Whew, we're beat!           We've been here for days and it's nearly                                                                                                       over - we can make it!

Our #1 sales lady, pointing our bargains!        The set-up and clean-up crew (but I think                                                                                                               they have fun!)

OUR NEW PRAYER ROOM
Our Prayer Room has been open for a few months and many people are using it regularly.  The stations lead us in prayer for others, our church, and ourselves.  The scriptures on the stations are going to be changed soon.  So if you want to use the scriptures that are there now, you should go soon.
You are also invited to join in prayer for the Sunday service.  Go to the prayer room about 10 minutes before the service starts and be with those present in prayer asking God to be present as we worship Him.
Pray without ceasing - I Thessalonians 5:17
